You feel the change right away the very first time you wear them! This product is absolutely amazing, and i love it so much!
I have torn ligaments and severe tendinitis in one foot. The first thing I was told by both the Dr and the Physical Therapist was to get some sort of firm orthotics to support the arch and align my foot. These seem to fit the bill right now. I may have to have custom ones done in the future but the effect of putting these in my shoes was immediate. I can no longer roll my ankles and miss align the joint. Thank you for the immediate relief
